After spending 20 years in engineering, business, and the global
corporate world, I knew that starting on the path of Holistic and
Alternative medicine was my calling. So I studied at Florida College of
Natural Health and earned an Associates Degree in Natural Health
Science with a concentration in Advanced Bodyworks. I also became
Nationally Certified in Neuromuscular and Sport Therapies, and am a
certified member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
I have continued to add other modalities and techniques to my practice
to create a holistic approach to the art and science of bodywork and
healing.

Tai Chi and Chi Gong as complements to healthy life options. This journey of constant development
and learning is essential to my loving, caring and joyful practice.
